custom & personalized

  • Because these are made just for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged/defective.

Non-custom items

  • Returns will be accepted with 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in the original packing and in sellable condition.

exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange for a different size, color or style (non-custom items only), contact us for instructions

Damaged/defective items

  • If your order arrives with damages or with a product defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.  We will promptly issue a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will then provide instructions for your return.
  3. Once received and and inspected your refund/exchange with be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless the product was damaged /defective
