Non-custom items
- Returns will be accepted with 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in the original packing and in sellable condition.

Damaged/defective items
- If your order arrives with damages or with a product defect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will promptly issue a refund or replacement.
How to start a return

- We will then provide instructions for your return.
- Once received and and inspected your refund/exchange with be processed.
